How do I care for my item?
Linens can be washed by hand or machine on a delicate/cold setting. The ink is wash-fast and will not bleed. Hang to dry preferably, or tumble dry low. Iron if desired. The fabric will get softer and more absorbent after the first wash.
Leather and suede items should be treated with a weather-resistant spray to ensure a longer life. Stains and dirt spots should be cleaned with the appropriate leather and suede soaps and conditioners. Always ask a professional cleaner in doubt. Oil-tan leather straps can be conditioned every once in a while with mink oil or leather conditioner.
The canvas inside of our bags can get a bit dirty with use - if needed, feel free to spot-clean those areas with fabric erasers or gentle soap, staying clear of the leather parts (or embrace the lived-in look!).
How fast do you ship?
Items that are in stock will usually ship within 2-5 business days. Items that are made to order will ship within 1-3 weeks. Please get in touch if you need your order faster. Some of the items that are currently out of stock can still be ordered, in which case the date at which they are expected to ship will be specified in the product description. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, we are unfortunately unable to provide extensive assistance and advise you to contact your local post office immediately.
International customers: Please keep in mind that international mail may be held up for up to 4 weeks at customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes when you receive your package. We do not mark packages as "gift" and always declare the full value of your order so that you can get a refund in case of loss or damages.
What is your return policy?
Because we are a small operation, we generally cannot do refunds unless we inadvertently shipped a defective item. In which case, our apologies, and we'll get you a new one asap.
Refund claims based on color discrepancy only will not be accepted - please remember that color varies from screen to screen and while we take great care to photograph our products accurately your monitor settings might be slightly different from ours. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can choose to exchange it for another item as long as it is in sellable condition - unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and shipping the new one.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, possibly! It all depends on your project and how busy we are in the studio, but definitely get in touch and we'll see what we can do - keep in mind that it is not usually possible to do custom color runs of fewer than 24 pieces, and that one of a kind items tend to take some time, so make sure to plan ahead. We love to design wedding invitations, stationary, engagement or birth announcements, create custom patterns or collaborate with other like-minded businesses, so get in touch :)
